We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays via a tracked postal service. A tracking number will be attached to your Shipping Confirmation e-mail which will be sent when your order is collected from us.

If your order has not reached you within the given timeframe then please message us using the contact form.

UK shipping fees

Standard service (2-4 days) - FREE

Express delivery (1-2 days) - £5.99 for orders up to 2kg 

Express delivery (1-2 days) - £6.99 for orders over 2kg 

EU shipping fees

EU are shipped via Asendia and then passed to your national postal service.

- EU Fully Tracked Delivery (3 - 5 working days): £8.99 - £24.99 

- FREE EU Fully Tracked Delivery on orders over £125

Orders to the EU will now be subject to import costs at your country's VAT rate.

Please check your country's import charges as any parcel returned back to us due to unpaid customs fees will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Out of EU shipping fees

Orders placed from countries outside of the EU are shipped via Asendia and then passed to your national postal service.

How do I return unwanted items?

If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable). We must receive the item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase (21 days for International customers).

What's the return address I need to send my items back to?

To return an online purchase, please contact us for the returns address.

Returning your items to us

Place your items back into the package you received them in. You can turn the mailing bag inside out to save purchasing a new one!

We strongly recommend that you use a secure or tracked method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.

Please ensure the invoice is sent back with your order as this will speed up the returns process.

You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear in your bank. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Where do you source the clothes from?

We have used suppliers from across the world, but mainly deal with those from Europe currently. We aim to source the best quality vintage clothing we can, and pride ourselves on the grades we are able to offer to our customers.

How can I be sure the items I'm buying will fit me?

We list all of our items with both the original label size (if there is still a label in it), along with the measurements as it is now.

As our items are vintage pieces, and are often many years old, please consider both of these for items you might be interested in before you make your purchase.

Are the clothes you are selling real/authentic?

All of our items are listed with a full description to give you as much information as we can before you consider your purchase.

If you bear in mind that some of these items are many years old, there may be fading or marks along with general signs of wear and tear, and we will include these along with the item description too.

We will list an item as 'bootleg' if it is a copy piece, so you are fully aware.
